You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:
- Gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network
- Violate the security or integrity of any server you connect to
- Circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms

Payment and pricing

Refund policy
Because Schooner is a digital product, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not been able to use the App due to a technical issue we cannot resolve
- You were charged in error (duplicate purchase, unauthorized charge, etc.)
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number. Refund requests outside the 14-day window or for reasons other than those listed above are at our sole discretion.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Schooner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or server misconfiguration.
SSH and server access
Schooner connects to servers using credentials and keys that you provide. You are solely responsible for the security of those credentials, the servers you connect to, and any actions performed through the App.
